Hey Mike,
I just want to thank you for always being so helpful and so cooperative and understanding. You’re great with your patients. I don’t mean simply me. I’ve seen you with others and you treat them all with the same care and respect. It’s easy to talk to you honestly. I just really appreciate being able to see you that first year for fibromyalgia. It is absolutely what improved my quality of life over the past 2 years. I do so much better than I used to, even though I still have my days, that’s just the world we live in. No on is perfect. 
Anyway, thanks for always being there to help.
